Im living in Bangalore India. There are cows walking around the streets, its normal, thats how things are. I don't know how the system works exactly but it does somehow.
Anyway the other day this cow caught my eye

It seemed pretty chill, like it knows where it is and isnt freaked out, even as out of place as it looks to me sitting in front of the place I eat my sandwiches every day

But even in its garfield-like glory, I am not convinced that this cow is actually happy in its circumstance. Its not necessarily the lack of grass that makes it seem uncomfortable but more like the fact that who ever is in charge of this cow has tied a rope from its neck through its nose and down to its ankle, prohibiting the cow from lifting its head to a normal cow level. I asked around in the street what the deal was and the people said that the owner did that so it wouldn't run away.

I asked around about where the owner was and nobody knew.
So I decided to make this blog about this cow. I will track this cow in my rare spare moments, and research more comfortable ways to make cows not run away. Hopefully I will find a more comfortable way, and maybe take a picture of whatever this way may be and maybe put the picture on the cow for the owner to see. Something will come of this project.. Anyone with an idea on how to help make this cow more comfortable please advise
